Velvet Hotel

New Hotel "Velvet" is located in the historical city centre, 5 minutes walk from Sportivnaya metro station, on a quiet Syezzhinskaya street, in the yard of the house № 4. This building was designed in modern style by architect G. D. Grimm, built in 1904/1905. Before the revolution it was a profitable house of N. A. Terent'eva (I. I. Borgman). Now it is a historical monument of architecture of Saint-Petersburg. Hotel has a private entrance from the street. Within walking distance from the hotel are such attractions as the Peter and Paul fortress, Prince Vladimir Cathedral, Sports Palace, Petrovsky Stadium, as well as the Pushkin house, the Hermitage and Palace square.
